Finally a slow day in this busy 2 weeks as the semester starts. Just have a computer to put together later this afternoon. Looking forward to doing something different for awhile. Students are back on campus. I have been giving
directions all day to folks. We will be giving tours to freshmen today and Monday. Crazy, busy time.
Going to buy a bike this weekend. Need to get in shape. I was really big into bike
riding back in middle school. Got away from it in high school
, was skateboarding then. There are a lot of backroads and
places I can ride around here, so I think will be good for me.
Almost 45th level on WoW. Actually have had some good sessions this week. Got
a bunch of quests done which gave me good experience, coin and
treasure. Picking up dragonscale patterns for quality armor for myself
in the future.
Football is back! And I am excited. I have only watched the NFL regularly for 11 years, since the Carolina Panthers were established. Watched the replay of the Panthers game against the Redskins on Sunday. Game was Saturday night. Panthers won
28-10 and everyone looked good. It could be a very good year as long
as injuries dont come back like they did last year. Watched the
Saints/Patriots game last night. Saints won. I think the National League South with Carolina Panthers, NO Saints, Atlanta Falcons and Tampa Bay Bucs will be a solid league this year. Who knows, 2 maybe 3 teams will go to playoffs.
