Just finished watching Heroes finale and it was so good. I just commented on my last post that it was a great ending to this first volume and it gave us more questions but left me satisfied at the end of a fantastic season. In my opinion, it is in the top 3 episodes with Company Man and Five Years Gone ahead of it and Episode 1: Genesis a very close 4th. My favorite characters are:
Hiro (and Ando)
HRG aka Mr Bennett
Peter Petrelli
Sylar (over the years, Darth Vader has became almost my favorite from SW right behind Yoda)
Claire
Micah
Will be getting the DVDs in August.
I am looking forward to Volume 2 coming this Fall.

I sooo agree with 24. I can't be bothered with it anymore. Heroes, on the other hand, we are halfway through the series here and I LOVE it! So no spoiling the end for me!

Heroes gets better and better as the season goes on. 24 just got bogged down somewhere along the way. I had not missed an episode in 3 years until about halfway through this year's.
Since you listed your favorite characters, here are mine (in no particular order):
Nikki/Jessica
Matt Parkman
Peter Petrelli
Claire
Molly
Mohinder Suresh
And though I know he's a baddie, Sylar's character is growing on me.
They are all great characters. That is what makes the show so much fun to watch. Some shows have great characters but the story goes nowhere. Others have great story but the characters are weak. Heroes has great story and great characters, two great tastes that go great together.
Kind of like a Cremesavers. :)
